Beginner Learn to Run - Spring 2011
This class is for women only.
- Classes run from May 17th to June 11th, 2011

- Tuesdays &/or Thursdays, 6:30 pm
Beginner Run: Want to try running, but feel a little intimidated? We start out basic with a run/walk
ratio of 1 & 1, gradually moving up each week. We will end @ 5 & 1 for a distance of 5km. We cover proper form, stride,
stretching and lots of other information essential for the beginner. This class is also great for runners coming back from
an injury or a long absence from running. All levels and ages welcome. Jogging strollers welcome. Held @ different locations
within Red Deer's paved trail system each week.
